Resumé :

RESUME. - Dans les religions et le rituel, les hommes se déguisent en portant les noms des animaux. Notre propos dans ces quelques lignes consiste à savoir leur raison d’être sur le plan symbolique. Nous pensons que les codes connotatifs et  symboliques de Roland Barthes peuvent nous aider à élucider le mystère caché  derrière un tel comportement.

Abstract :

Animal symbolic names in the Bible, in religions and art. In religions and in religious art or the ritual, people are disguising themselves by bearing animals names or by using masks. Our aim here is to know why there are using disguises. Roland Barthes’s Connotative and Symbolic codes will help us to understand the connotative meanings assigned to each one of them. THE MACMILLAN ENGLISH DICTIONARY conceives the item code as a system of words, numbers, or signs used for sending secret messages.
